PURCHASING

Ordering Garments

1)    Once payment has been sent, your order will be produced (and latex ordered if necessary). You won’t be able to cancel for a full refund when work has already started on your order. It may be possible to cancel if work hasn’t started on your order or latex hasn’t been ordered specifically for your clothing. It may be possible to cancel for a part refund, but if work has started on your outfit it will depend how far along the process in production it is, as to how much of a refund you are able to request. If you do request a refund then you won’t be entitled to receive the garment in a part-made state, you will only be able to receive the garment as a complete piece without any refunds being given. This refund policy is due to every garment being made to order and not being pre-made.

2)    Garments can be ordered in either ‘off the shelf’ sizing or made to measure, with the latter being more expensive as new patterns have to be made. Sizing charts are available through the link on the website, which will show you measurements taken around the body as well as flat measurements that run either horizontally or vertically over the body. It is the customers’ responsibility to measure themselves fresh, in cm’s and not inches, rather than converting existing inch measurements into cm’s, in order to find the correct size. Catriona Stewart Clothing sizes range from 8 to 18 for womenswear and small to XXL in menswear. If you are smaller or bigger than these sizes (after checking your measurements against the size chart) then please contact us as it may be possible to produce ‘off the shelf’ sizing in womenswear 6 or 20, or menswear in XXS or 4XL without the charge of made to measure.

3)    If you check your measurements against the size chart and find you fall into three different sizes it may be better to order your outfit as made to measure. You also need to check the length of various parts of the body shown within the sizing charts as those who are tall or petite may need to have garments created to suit their body lengths, to prevent them being uncomfortable or baggy.

4)    If you need to order made to measure you will go through the shopping cart option as normal and then once you have placed your order you will receive an email requesting certain measurements. The sizing chart illustrations are there to show you where to measure yourself (It will be easier to have someone else help measure you). The tape measure should be snug to your body, but not pulled too tightly in to the flesh. When measuring around the body keep the tape in a continuous circle without any peaks or falls. When measuring straight over your body keep the tape vertical or horizontal to the floor to produce the most accurate measurements.

5)    Bra sizes are to be UK sizes only. If you don’t know what your UK bra size will be then please check before ordering. Bra sizes run in the following way: AA, A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L etc

6)    It is down to the customer to purchase the garments in the correct size. Catriona Stewart Clothing won’t reimburse customers or remake orders without charge if customers don’t check their own measurements before ordering. This is also the case when garments are made in a size requested by, but not suitable for the customer.

7)    If customers’ measurements change between placing their order and receiving their order then they are not entitled to a refund because the product no longer fits, this is due to every garment being made to order in the sizing requested by the customer.

8)    If orders are made in a size not requested by the customer and Catriona Stewart Clothing is at fault then these will be re-made in the correct size at no cost to the customer and within a shorter time frame than four weeks.

a.     Orders in the wrong size must be returned to Catriona Stewart Clothing before a replacement order is made and they must be sent using either Royal Mail 1st Class recorded/signed for or Royal Mail 1pm special delivery from the UK, or whichever service is requested by Catriona Stewart Clothing. The postage cost will be reimbursed by Catriona Stewart Clothing if it is sent using the correct requested service.

b.     International customers must send the item using a recorded delivery option that is insured to the sales value of the garments. Extra insurance may need to be requested if the standard insurance is less than the garments value, which may incur a charge. On the customs label it must clearly state you are returning items/ returning goods and have the correct cost/ value of the garments on the label. This will be the amount you purchased the garments at, excluding postage. The postage cost and the extra insurance charge will be reimbursed by Catriona Stewart Clothing, if it is sent using the correct requested service.

c.     Before returning any garments, email Catriona Stewart Clothing in advance to explain the situation. You will be told which postal service to use and when your replacement order will be available.

i.    If garments are lost in the post then proof of postage may be needed and the postal service may refund you for the lost parcel. Catriona Stewart Clothing won’t send out a replacement product without either receiving the original garment or being reimbursed by the postal service.

d.     Orders being returned for the above reason must be in their original packaging and in a saleable state. Any damage to the garment/s will be charged for and these charges must be paid for before a replacement garment is made. If the garment is damaged beyond repair, it will be charged for in full. If the garment is damaged but can be sold or used after being repaired then the charge may be a percentage of the cost, depending on the damage and depending on whether it can be sold or used by Catriona Stewart Clothing. This is a possibility and the decision will remain with Catriona Stewart Clothing.

9)    If orders arrive faulty then customers can return them for an exchange of the exact same product they originally ordered.

a.     Faulty orders must be returned to Catriona Stewart Clothing before a replacement order is made and they must be sent using either Royal Mail 1st Class recorded/signed for or Royal Mail 1pm special delivery from the UK, or whichever service is requested by Catriona Stewart Clothing.

Replacements can’t be produced if the original garment isn’t returned to and received by Catriona Stewart Clothing.

i.    If garments are lost in the post then proof of postage may be needed and the postal service may refund you for the lost parcel. Catriona Stewart Clothing won’t send out a replacement product without either receiving the original garment or being reimbursed by the postal service.

d.     If it looks like the garment has been tampered with by the customer, to either purposely create damage or add to/worsen an original fault then the customer may be charged for repairs or a replacement. It is up to the customer to contact Catriona Stewart Clothing as soon as possible to report any problems, so that a replacement or repair can be carried out.

e.     Customers must contact Catriona Stewart Clothing within 5 days of the garment being delivered to report any problems and the garment must not be worn after the fault has been reported.

f.      It is the customers’ responsibility to try on the garment before wearing it for an event to check for damages or faults, as once it has been worn for anything except trying it on the customer may be to blame for damages occurring to the product.

i.     Faults or damages such as broken zips, seams becoming un-stuck, straps becoming un-stuck, appliqué detail coming away from the garment, fastenings being faulty (through the production of the clothing) and other similar occurrences will be fixed on the original garment by Catriona Stewart Clothing free of charge if they are found upon delivery of the product or trying on the product and when the garment hasn’t been ordered/worn by customers of the wrong size. (This is due to the garments being made to fit a specific measurement range and anything more will put extra stress onto the garment which can cause the above damages).

g.     Customers have 14 days from when they receive the product to return it for an exchange. Proof of postage may be required if garments don’t arrive within this time frame and customers will be contacted to resolve this issue

i.    If garments are lost in the post then proof of postage may be needed and the postal service may refund you for the lost parcel. Catriona Stewart Clothing won’t send out a replacement product without either receiving the original garment or being reimbursed by the postal service.

Garment Delivery Times

10)  ‘Off the shelf’ size garments will take up to six weeks to arrive with UK customers, international customers will take slightly longer due to the postal service. This time may need to increase in busy periods and time scales will be given.

11)  ‘Made to measure’ or custom made garments will take up to 8 weeks to arrive with UK customers, international customers will take slightly longer due to the postal service. This time may need to increase in busy periods and time scales will be given.

12)  Garments ordered within the same order will be sent out at the same time. Therefore if a mixture of ‘off the shelf’ size pieces are ordered with ‘made to measure’ or custom made garments, they will all arrive in the same package, at the same time. If you would like to receive them separately you need to do two separate orders or contact Catriona Stewart Clothing to see if it’s possible to post the ‘off the shelf’ size garments sooner. This will incur an extra postage charge.

13)  Garments will be posted out to UK customers using Royal Mail 1pm Special Delivery if the order is valued at £50 or above, which usually arrives with the customer the day after posting. It may take longer as postal services cannot always be guaranteed but this service is one which has been found to be the most reliable. If the order value is less than £50 then it may be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

a.     If the garment needs to be sent to you on the Friday to arrive on the Saturday, you will incur extra charges due to the garment/s needing to be posted using Saturday 1pm Guaranteed. Please contact us directly for specific costs but it is around £5 more than the week day 1pm Special Delivery.

b.     These services aren’t guaranteed by Catriona Stewart Clothing, it is a service provided by the Royal Mail so any delays are not reimbursable by us. If you would like to approach Royal Mail for a reimbursement of the postage due to lateness please enquire with us about helping you with this. You will incur any extra charges such as postal costs, including recorded delivery, to send any receipts etc in to Royal Mail.

a.     International customers will have their garments posted out using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For service, which is tracked continuously throughout its journey. The time frame for these deliveries can vary and can sometimes be held up at customs.

i.    Parcels will be marked as ‘clothing’ with the correct value you paid of the garments.

ii.    Your parcel may incur a customs charge from your home country, Catriona Stewart Clothing accepts no responsibility for this charge and isn’t liable to reimburse anyone due to this issue.

b.     If you require your garments by a certain date, please contact Catriona Stewart Clothing prior to purchase to see if it is possible to produce them for this time. It may not always be possible and if extra staffing hours are needed then this cost will be passed on to the customer, before the garments are produced. Any extra charges will be discussed with the customer before work is carried out, and these will be paid for in advance of the garments being produced.

c.     Customers will not be reimbursed by Catriona Stewart Clothing for garments arriving late due to the postal service

14)  If it becomes apparent from your order that the time frame for delivery needs to be extended, you will be contacted to check if this is going to be suitable for you. If this isn’t suitable then you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Allergies

15)  If you are allergic to latex then you must not purchase these latex garments for your own use.

Will my garments arrive ready to wear?

16) All latex clothing, unless requested differently, will arrive in a powdered state and not shined. If you would like for us to wash and shine your outfit before posting there is a £15 surcharge. This is due to the time it takes and products used. If you would like to purchase latex shine please add this in your order notes or email us through info@CatrionaStewartClothing.co.uk

                             a. We are a retailer for latex shiner and latex cleaning products. We carry Be Gloss, Vivishine and Pjur brand products with prices starting at £10 to £20. We will be putting these on the site                                              gradually but please contact us to add these to your order.

RENTING

Date Garment/s Required

1)    Please put the date of your shoot as the ‘date required’ and the garment will be posted two to three days before this, using Next Day 1pm Special Delivery by Royal Mail. You will then have until three days after the shoot to return the garment/s. Please see point 17 under the ‘Postage/Returning Garments’ for more information

a.     If you leave it very late to order the garment and it needs to be sent to you to arrive on the Saturday, you will incur extra charges due to the garment/s needing to be posted using Saturday 1pm Guaranteed. Please contact me directly for specific costs but it is around £5 more than the week day 1pm Special Delivery.

2)    If you choose to hire a garment that is on loan to someone else just before the time frame you require it, you may be asked if you want to choose something else as a back-up garment. This is in case of problems getting the original garment returned in time or if it comes back broken or damaged. If you do this then the difference in hire charge and postage charge must be paid by yourself, or if it is less than the original choice of garment then the extra will be reimbursed by Catriona Stewart Clothing.

Measurements

3)    Models giving false information within the measurements questions or being 3cm or more than what they state may be subject to a further charge. This is because the garments are made to fit a certain size and by putting more pressure on them through larger measurements will reduce their life span and may damage the garments.

a.     The charge may be double to the hire charge of if they are broken through this issue then the customer will either be charged for a repair or replacement. The replacement charge will be at 50-90% of the full price of the garment/s (depending on the age of the garment on hire) on top of the rental price, or the repair fee is £15 per hour with a £15 minimum charge.

                                          i.    If images from the shoot look like the garment is too small for the model then a photograph of the model showing their measurements may be asked for. This is to prevent false information being given and for models to hire correct sized garments. Measurements required for each garment size is shown within the outfit description in the hire pages and if there are any questions these should be asked before hiring.

Allergies

4)    If you are allergic to latex then you must not hire these latex garments.

5)    If you are allergic to silicone then please be aware that silicone based latex shiners have been used on these garments.

Extra Charges

6)    Any excessive dirt left on, or damage to the garment/s (other than normal usage damage from multiple uses) will be subject to a repair/cleaning fee. This is in cases such as, but not limited to; fingernails being put through the fabric or deep indents in it, models wearing hired garments that are too small, dirty marks being left on the latex- including when models haven't worn their own thong underneath the hired clothing, etc.

6a)   If the garment arrives damaged or there are any other issues then please contact Catriona Stewart immediately through emailing info@catrionastewartclothing.co.uk or telephoning +44 (0)7828 064388.                 Clothing is sent out in a wearable state but incidents do occur which means some problems aren't noticed until the outfit is being worn. You are advised to order the latex with time to spare in case of any                   problems as alternatives may be available and sent out without charge to the customer. (Security deposits may still be required).

7)    Cleaning/Repair fee is £15 per hour with a £15 minimum charge.

8)     Any garments beyond reasonable repair will be charged at 50-90% of the full price of the garment/s (depending on the age of the garment on hire) on top of the rental price.

9)    Any garment/s lost while in the customers’ possession will be charged at 50-90% of the full price of the garment/s (depending on the age of the garment on hire) on top of the rental price.

Garment Care

10)  Models must wear their own thong underneath the rental garments or a panty liner, for hygiene reasons. Any garment cleaning needed because of not wearing a thong will be charged as noted above.

11)  Garments must not be washed by customers unless previously discussed, to prevent damage and marking.

12)  The garments must be shined with appropriate latex shiner. We sell these or can recommend Vivishine, Be Gloss or Pjur brand. Clothing may not always be sent out with a highly polished finish, it is up to the customer to shine the garment appropriately for their shoot or event. Latex shine can be purchased through Catriona Stewart Clothing (Pjur Cult brand)

a.     Using a lint free or microfiber cloth can help to polish the latex to an even shine.

b.     The blue milk type shiner won’t give you as shiny a finish as other latex shining products.

c.     The clothing MUST NOT be shined using non latex-friendly products. These include:

i.    Vaseline

ii.    Any oil or petroleum based product

iii.    If in doubt, please check with Catriona Stewart Clothing first. Damaged latex through using the wrong shiner will be charged in the same way as lost or damaged garments noted above

d.     Anything coming back particularly sticky from using the wrong shiner and needs cleaning will be charged as noted above.

Shoot Etiquette

13)  Catriona Stewart Clothing must not be hired for pornographic shoots/video. It must not come in to contact with body fluids of any kind for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to blood, semen, spit, urine etc.

a.     If you want to use the clothing for this type of shoot it must be a purchase, not a rental.

14)  Catriona Stewart Clothing and the garments must not be used to give a negative light to the latex clothing industry or related industries. Charges will be incurred for this

15)  If you are being published showing garments from Catriona Stewart Clothing then let us know where possible – we would love to see these!

Postage/Returning Garments

16)  It is the customer's responsibility to return the item using the correct postal service-any charges put on by the postal service or customs charges (for international customers) will be paid for by the customer.

a.     UK posted items must be sent using Royal Mail 1pm special (next day) delivery and the tracking number must be sent to Catriona Stewart Clothing on the same day as postage.

b.     Internationally posted items must be sent using a tracked service that is insured up to the value of the garments and the tracking number must be sent to Catriona Stewart Clothing within 24 hours of postage.

i.    To avoid customs charges please state on the customs declaration sticker that it is a returned item/returned goods and state the correct value of the garments. If you don’t know this, then please check with Catriona Stewart Clothing before posting.

ii.    By noting the above on the customs declaration it should avoid any customs charges. If charges are still added then the customer is responsible for them and they will be taken out of their deposit or paid separately.

c.     Customs charges can be disputed by Catriona Stewart Clothing to UK Customs & Excise for a £5 charge to the customer, any Customs and Excise charges returned will then be passed on to the customer in full.

d.     If the garments are not sent using the above method/s and are lost in the post, the customer will be responsible to pay to replace them at 50-90% of the full price of the garment/s (depending on the age of the garment on hire) on top of the rental price.

e.     If the garment/s are lost in the post while using the above postal methods it will be down to the customer to chase the whereabouts of the garment/s (as they are the ones who posted them) and the deposit will be held in full until the garments are returned to Catriona Stewart Clothing. If they have had the correct compensation level put on them this should not be a problem to get the garments reimbursed. Catriona Stewart Clothing will help as much as possible in this instance, free of charge.

17)  UK based customer items are sent out two to three days before the date of the customer’s shoot, to arrive the next day. The garments must be sent back within three days of the shoot using Royal Mail 1pm special (next day delivery) to arrive with Catriona Stewart Clothing the next working day (unless previously agreed differently).

a.     Customers will be charged £5 per day; every day after the garments are kept passed the three day time frame, up to the value of £25. This will be taken out of the security deposit or will be paid separately after the garments have arrived back with Catriona Stewart Clothing. Lost garments are charged as per point 9.

18)  International customers must return the garments within 2 weeks of receiving them (unless previously agreed differently).

a.     Customers will be charged £5 per day; every day after the garments are kept passed the fourteen day time frame, up to the value of £40. This will be taken out of the security deposit or will be paid separately after the garments have arrived back with Catriona Stewart Clothing.

19)  Stolen garments will be chased and if necessary, further legal action will be taken.

STUDIO DAYS

Schedule/Clothing Use

1)    A schedule will be produced in advance of the event that states which rooms/sets you will be shooting in and which models will be working with which photographers, within those rooms/sets. This should be made available around two to three weeks before the shoot and emailed out to those taking part. This may change due to model or photographer changes and if certain attendees cancel it is not an agreeable reason to refund others who were hoping to work with them.

a.     It isn’t always possible to alter the schedule as it has been created to allow models and photographers to work with as many different people as possible, in as many different rooms/sets as possible

b.     You may choose to shoot in different sets if they are free on the day, but they won’t be altered on the schedule.

2)    Models will arrive for their MUA slots ahead of their shoot sets and there will be an hour allocated for each MUA slot to do models’ make-up and hair

3)    There may be an option for models’ to have their nails done as well, for a separate charge, and this will be set around your MUA slot and your shoot slots.

4)    Once models have received the schedule they will need to choose the clothing they wish to use for each room/set. They will be asked for their measurements in CM’s and not inches, which must be taken fresh and not be converted from older inch measurements. These measurements will indicate what size garments will fit them and they can then look at the hire samples available on the website, within their size category, to choose their desired clothing.

a.     If two models choose the same outfit to be worn at the same time, it will be down to whoever sent their clothing request first, so on a first come, first served basis.

b.     Models may wear the same outfit more than once if they prefer

c.     Models may have limited choice depending on the size they are, but can enquire before they book a space to make sure there is clothing to fit them

i.    If models pay for a space and then don’t want to go because of the clothing available to them, they will be liable to pay cancellation costs as noted.

d.     If models don’t give their clothing choices at least four days before the date of the shoot then the choice may be made for them, depending on their measurements.

5)    Clothing may sometimes break while being used on a studio day. In this case there won’t be any reimbursements to models who wanted to use that garment and have to choose something else, even if they don’t like what they are having to wear. They can wear garments they have already shot in, as long as they aren’t being worn by anyone else for that set, or they will need to choose something else that fits their measurements.

6)    If models give false measurements or alter dramatically from the ones given (3 or more cm’s), they may not be allowed to wear their clothing choices. This is because garments will have extra strain put on the seams or appliqué details if they are stretched more than what they were made for. If there are clothing choices in the correct size at the studio then they will be able to choose to wear something from this range, as long as they aren’t being worn by another model. If there are no clothes in the correct size then the models will either have to wear clothing that is too big for them and have it clipped at the back to fit, or they won’t be able to participate in the studio day wearing the latex clothing. In any case, models won't be reimbursed for not being able to wear the latex available due to not being truthful with their sizing.

Cancellation Charges

7)    Regardless of who turns up on the day of the event, the studio , MUAs and assistants will still need to be paid their agreed rate for the day. Therefore there are cancellation charges to cover these costs and the time it takes to organise the events.

a.     Cancelations within 28 days of event- 70% of the original cost

b.     Cancelations within 21 days of event- 85% of the original cost

c.     Cancelations with 8 days of event- 100% of the original cost

i.    If you find a replacement for your space then you will receive a full refund minus a £10 admin charge. You must organise for your replacement to contact us and pay for their space, before your refund is given.

d.     Cancelations outside of these times- £10 admin charge

8)    Refunds will be processed through the paypal account you paid with and may incur a charge through paypal, any charges are not refundable by Catriona Stewart Clothing.

Attendees

9)    These events are open to anyone aged 18 and over and by paying for your place on the event you confirm you are of this age or over

10)  It isn’t possible for Catriona Stewart Clothing to screen everyone before they arrive for the event, but if you have any concerns about a particular customer please bring it to our attention either through email or telephone before the event, or in person at the event. Raising any concerns ahead of the event may make it possible to look into any issues, but it isn’t always possible so we can’t make promises to be able to do this. Concerns that fall within legal boundaries will be looked in to and if it is found that a certain customer raises safety concerns then they may be asked not to attend. If they are found to be breaking the law by attending the events then the local authorities will be informed and they will not be eligible for a refund.

11)  If attendees are found to be being disruptive or disrespectful to the studio day or other customers they will be warned and then may be asked to leave if the behaviour continues. Those asked to leave won’t be given a refund.

12)  If you arrive late to the event you may be asked to leave, unless you have a good reason. The studio is only booked for certain times, so late arrival will reduce the amount of photo shoots you can take part in. If you are a model then there are set times for MUAs to be at the event and late arrival may result in you missing out on your place or missing out on having an MUA all together. Arriving late may also have an impact on those who you are meant to shoot with as they may lose out on the number of shoots they had scheduled. Even though these shoots are to be enjoyed and not taken too seriously, it’s important you show respect for others involved and the organising that has gone into putting these events together.

13)  There are a set number of photographer and model places available and once these have been sold it may not be possible to have any more people attend. This is so shooting schedules can be adhered to and the right number of assistants, MUAs etc are available to help you on the day. Some studios also have limits on the number of people allowed in at any one time.

Studio Day Contracts

14)  Everyone who takes part in the events will be asked to sign a contract in regards to what will happen with the photographs taken. The photographer will be asked to fill in their full name, photography business name, home address, email and telephone number. The models will be asked to sign the various photographers’ contracts whenever they start shooting a new set. These contracts must then be given to Catriona Stewart Clothing at the end of the event.

15)  The contract states the following;

a.     Photographers will send each model at least three fully edited images, per set they shoot, within four weeks of the shoot, in full resolution suitable for printed portfolios as well as online – if this isn’t delivered without good reason then the models have the right to charge photographers for shooting them

i.    These charges will be based on an hour of the model’s time, per set they shoot, (even if the set doesn’t last that long as they have paid to attend the events and incurred costs to be there and available to the photographers). If the model hasn’t been paid for a shoot or doesn’t have an hourly charge then it will be based on models of a similar level and experience.

b.     Models will be allowed to use the images anywhere they please for non-profit purposes and the photographers will be allowed to do the same, while being able to make a profit from them.

c.     If either party gets the image published they must credit the other person in that publication. Crediting MUAs and designers is welcomed but it is extremely important both model and photographer are credited as that is part of doing the studio days

d.     Images are strictly forbidden from being used for pornographic purposes or being sold for these intentions. This is a fashion based shoot, not a soft core porn shoot

e.     More risqué type sets with limited clothing such as panties and tassels or with excess flesh exposure must be checked with the model prior to being published online or anywhere else

f.      Models must only wear garments they are happy to be photographed in and for these images to be used for public viewing both online and in print

g.     Watermarks must not obstruct the body of the image and models are not allowed to remove watermarks

h.     Please be aware of rental terms and conditions as careless damage may result in a repair or replace charge. It sometimes happens that garments accidentally break through no-one’s fault and in this instance there’s no charge – the charge relates to things such as purposely wearing garments that are too small, putting fingers through garments while dressing, dropping food or drink on them, burning them with cigarettes, staining them with metal on the set or jewellery etc. Smoking in the outfits isn't allowed, any damage done to the outfits because of this will incur a charge and if it comes back smelling of cigarette smoke a cleaning charge of £30 will be incurred.

Model Information

16)  Kit needed

a.     Dressing gown or big t-shirt etc to put on while in between sets/resting slots.

b.     Small thong in flesh, black or white tones to be worn under my garments. No frills, lace, bows etc as it shows through the latex. You could also try wearing a panty liner for the semi translucent garments as the crotch areas aren’t see through and it would mean you don’t see your thong through it.

c.     Lunch or snacks you specifically want. Rolls, crisps and other bits will be provided free of charge. They have a microwave at the studio and tea and coffee available for free also.

d.     Jewellery, accessories, hair pieces, shoes, non latex stockings, tights, corsetry etc etc – Catriona Stewart Clothing doesn’t provide anything except the latex garments. Don’t bring expensive jewellery or other items as Catriona Stewart Clothing doesn’t accept any responsibility for customers’ personal effects.

e.     If you want to wear false lashes then please bring them as they won’t be provided by MUAs

17)  Other information

a.     MUAs won’t have time to curl your hair, especially if it’s long. They might be able to do more to it during one of your set breaks but bear in mind they have an hour to do your hair and make-up at the start and are busy for 3 hours non stop

b.     Please make sure your nails are filed and look nice, nail varnish not necessary but just no dirty nails as it doesn’t look nice in shots. There may be an option to pre-order a nail technician to do your nails on the day for £25. This includes the complete service you would get at any beautician for a shellac service.

c.     Full cup chicken fillets will be provided if needed, as well as shiner and cloths. DO NOT GET SHINER ON THE FLOOR! It is really slippery and dangerous. Towels or mats will be available to stand on to shine up the garments if using non-spraying products. Aerosols or sprays must be used outside with the door closed, as these are too dangerous within a studio environment where there are slippery floors and heels involved.

d.     Take off your shoes when using the stairs if you have sky scraper heels. Catriona Stewart Clothing accepts no responsibility for personal injury

Disability

19)  Disability access varies for the different studios and locations. If this is likely to be of concern for you then please check with Catriona Stewart Clothing before booking a space. Assistants are welcome to join you but please make this known before the day. Male assistants will need to be confirmed before booking a space as it is not always appropriate or suitable to have a male assistant due to most of the models being female. There are sometimes separate dressing areas available to male assistants and their model, but this does need to be confirmed first. Male models who don’t need an assistant or personal dresser can change in smaller places so it won’t cause any issues with female models.

a.     Please note that disability will be accommodated wherever possible, and Catriona Stewart is disabled herself so please don’t be worried or concerned about these issues
